Sweet Potato-Maple Oats:
- 1 serving of your favourite Oats (40g)
- 300ml liquid of choice (desired milk/water)
- 10g ground Flaxseeds (optional but goes really well with the SP!!)
- 80g-100g cooked Sweet Potato, mashed/pureed
- Maple Syrup, to taste
- Pecans (optional)
Cook up your oats with the flax mixed in, if using.
In the final minute of cooking, add the sweet potato and keep stirring.
Now, you can either crumble in the nuts and mix it all up, or sprinkle on top, your call
.
Now drizzle on your Maple Syrup as desired and dig in with a spoon.
