It’s another vegan recipe?? :O ohh, what a ..coincidence!!
Here we go 🙂
- Coconut Butter (or make your own – simply grab a bag of dessicated coconut and blend, baby, blend!! This may take up to 15 minutes, depending o your blender type. It took our Braun 600W about 10 minutes)
- Peppermint Extract – as much as you wish
- Liquid Sweetener – I used Agave Nectar
- Green Food Colouring – not too much!!
Pretty simple: just blend it all up, or if you want a marbelled effect, blend the coconut, extract and sweetener, then mix colour in with a spoon.
You should have a smooth and thick-but-pourable consistency. Now just put in candy moulds/chocolate moulds, or drop rounds on baking paper.
Set in the fridge or freezer until hard, then enjoy!!
