Fruity Recipes!!

Here are those fruit-filled recipes I promised πŸ™‚ they are really simple and so decadent, you won’t believe how healthy they are!!..

Right, so that first one is a Sinless Raspberry Soft-Serve..

Raspberry Soft-Serve

3 Frozen Bananas

200g Frozen Raspberries

Nothing else!!

Simply Throw the ingredients into your food processor or blender, allow to defrost slightly ((about 1 or 2 minutes, depending on the power of your machine)) and whizz up until completely smooth.

So simple, so delicious, so I-can’t-believe-it’s-healthy-but-it-is!!

Now, onto the next recipe..

Do NOT be put off by the colour, despite that hidden ingredient, all you taste is fruity deliciousness – I promise!!Β I like to call this one Peachy Green.. Here we go….

Peachy Green Smoothie

2 Bananas ((preferably frozen))

2 big ((or 3 smaller)) ripe Peaches ((may be fresh or frozen))

1 handful of Greens ((I used Spinach here, but Kale works just as well πŸ™‚ ))

Again, this recipe could not be simpler:
Blend all ingredients, adding water, as needed, to make into a gorgeous smoothie, or, if you’d like, just blend it all up and eat with a spoon πŸ˜› – and call it breakfast or dessert πŸ˜‰
